Qlik Support Consultant

Infotrust operates as Qlik Master Reseller partner in the Baltics is looking for QLIK SUPPORT CONSULTANT to join our team in Latvia or/and Lithuania.

Your work and duties will include

• Qlik technical support activities, communication with customers and technical consulting;
• Management of the technical incidents;
• Development and testing of the technical.

Needed for the position:

• Creativity, diligence and analytical thinking;
• Patience and flexibility in dealing with technical issues;
• Interest in IT innovations, curiosity and the ability to quickly absorb new information;
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Windows Server;
• Good English language knowledge.

You will have priority over other candidates if You:

• have data analytics tools knowledge;
• have some Qlik experience;
• are educated in IT (information technology; information systems engineering; informatics; software systems);
• have at least 1 year of experience in technical consulting.
