Senior Business Analyst
We are looking to add another analytical and data savvy mind to our team. If you’ve had experience doing business data analysis for operational improvement, we’re interested in talking to you!
You will work in our Vilnius office to help our Baltic and Western European customers turn data into reliable information to make smarter, better business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders and IT experts to capture and document business requirements for Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse projects
- Define KPI’s and reporting requirements and design BI solution prototypes
- Develop business requirements and ensure effective specification handover to the Data Warehouse development team
- Support the development team by clarifying detailed questions about the requirements
- Perform quality assurance of deliveries, demonstrate the solutions to customers, advise customers on the use of the solution
- Develop relationship with customer, working with them to optimize and enhance data literacy, be on the lookout for ways to deliver better value to the customer
- Participate in a project scope planning and estimation
Requirements:
- A degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Finance / Economics / IT / Computer Science
- Understanding business concepts being business savvy and understanding how business works
- Proven experience in defining requirements, testing and quality assurance
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, BusinessObjects, MicroStrategy, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Fluent English and Lithuanian
- Excellent attention to details, analytical thinking
- High sense of responsibility, ability to set priorities
Advantages:
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience in writing SQL queries
- Experience in developing process documentation based on BPMN or UML standards
- Experience in different business areas (Finance / Accounting / Controlling / Sales / Purchasing / Manufacturing / CRM, etc.) or strong experience in one of them
- Basic understanding of BI tools:
- Qlik products: QlikView / Qlik Sense / NPrinting / Alerting / Replicate / Catalog
- SAP Cloud Analytics / SAP BOBJ / WebI / Lumira / SAP Crystal Report
- MS Power BI
