Day Q and Infotrust merge to form a leading data analytics company in the Baltics

The merger consolidates Day Q, UAB (Lithuania), and Infotrust, SIA (Latvia) resources under united company brand Infotrust, which becomes one of the leading providers of Business Intelligence solutions in the Baltics region.

The merge of Day Q, UAB, and Infotrust, SIA

After the decade of cooperation companies Day Q, UAB, and Infotrust, SIA entered into the merge process as of 1st of January 2021 and the integration process is expected to take up to 5 months. The combined company will operate under the Infotrust brand and will consist of two legal business entities Infotrust, SIA in Latvia, and Infotrust, UAB in Lithuania, while registration numbers of the original companies remain unchanged. The new Infotrust has more than 40 employees, who work in Vilnius and Riga offices. Forecasted combined revenue in 2021 for Infotrust is expected to be over 5M EUR.

Infotrust will continue to operate as an international business intelligence consulting company dedicated to the implementation of complex and demanding data management and data analytics projects based on Qlik and SAP technologies for enterprise-level companies both in the Baltics and abroad. Infotrust, UAB will continue activities as Qlik Master Reseller partner in the Baltics to manage and expand Qlik partner network and to provide Qlik consultancy and enablement services for Qlik customers. Infotrust being SAP Gold Partner will continue helping customers with the transition to cloud-based modern SAP data management and data analytics platform and related professional consultancy services.

What will remain the same?

• As the company’s registration number, bank account numbers are not changed, the customers do not have to change existing contracts; the terms of service also do not change.

What will change?

• The company name Day Q, UAB is changed to Infotrust, UAB;
• The domain @dayq.eu for all e-mail addresses specified in the mutual agreements must be replaced by @com;
• From now on, the company’s general e-mail address will be riga@theinfotrust.com
