The Infotrust team, boasting over 5 years of experience in healthcare data analytics and 22 years in business intelligence with Qlik, has developed best practices and standard, pre-built analytical applications tailored for the healthcare sector in Latvia. These applications are now accessible to healthcare organizations through a subscription model. Subscribing to this service offers swift implementation, cost reduction, and minimal involvement of organizational teams in the application development process, as the data models and visual components are pre-configured. This enables healthcare data professionals to immediately start utilizing standardized applications.
Currently, three applications are currently ready for subscription:
Patient Reported Experience Measurement application (PREM app)
Patient reported experience measures (PREMs) are tools and instruments that report patient satisfaction scores regarding healthcare services. These tools are generic tools and are commonly used to capture patients’ overall experience of healthcare. The primary objective purpose of using PREM is to catch up a real time patients’ healthcare services experience received during their hospital stay or specific episode of treatment.
Hospitals that collect patient experience measures find the PREM application invaluable for its ability to visually represent data and provide insights. Designed with user-friendly interactive pages based on survey questionnaires, the application allows institutions to set and evaluate target indicators, identifying areas for improvement.

HR application (HR app)
Recognizing employees as an organization’s most valuable asset, the HR application was developed to support data-driven decisions regarding workforce management. This application provides access to comprehensive employee data, enabling analysis of various aspects such as headcount, workload, salary, and overtime, thereby facilitating timely responses to critical HR questions.
Budget application (Budget app)
The financial flow serves as the lifeblood of every organization. The Budget App was developed as a platform for meticulously analyzing finance-related data across multiple sections.Combining data from the ERP system with planning documents provides a a holistic financial overview. Notably, the application includes a distinctive report administration functionality, complementing the inherent capabilities of Qlik. This empowers users to seamlessly transform financial data from the ERP system into customizable consolidated reports tailored to their specific requirements. In contrast to the standard Qlik Sense reporting tool, the Report Administration functionality affords users a broader spectrum of reporting options. A different calculation can be applied to each report line or position, which the user can change according to new business requirements. Moreover, users retain control over the quantity, content, and appearance of reports. The Budget app consolidates financial information, offering increased opportunities for analysis while simultaneously reducing resource consumption for report preparation.
